Continuous learning and training are the driving force for the continuous development of enterprises. The company has established a tiered talent training model, and different forms of ability enhancement are carried out according to different positions and social classes: senior executives are sent to well-known domestic universities for further education, middle-level employees are admitted to corresponding colleges or professional training, and employees are organized for qualification recognition under the guidance of industry management departments. After more than three years of organizational operation, the coverage of middle and senior level training is currently over 90%, and four senior technicians have emerged among frontline employees 22 intermediate technicians.
Expand channels to introduce talents
Since the establishment of the Zhejiang R&D Center in 2008, our company has used it as a platform to continuously introduce and cultivate talents, and has established a backbone team that integrates scientific research, development, and production.
